The objective at this level
Town Hall 9 adds the Minion Prince, X-Bow, Baby Dragon, Witch, Lava Hound, Jump, Freeze, Haste, and Skeleton Spells, plus the Lab Assistant. That is a large jump in hero, army, and base complexity. The useful approach is to establish one dependable farming and war army, schedule hero downtime around it, and choose X-Bow modes based on the threats your layout is meant to handle.

Define which hero is essential to your current army and stagger downtime when possible. The goal is continuous progress without making every planned attack unusable.
X-Bows reshape the defensive core. Their mode and placement should support Air Defense, splash coverage, and likely paths rather than simply occupy the center.

Hero Equipment rows show the tracked upgrade ceiling for each rarity at TH9; they are not an ownership or unlock list. Common equipment depends on Blacksmith progression, while Epic equipment and later reward-track items can use separate acquisition paths. Confirm ownership and availability in game before planning ore.
