About Hero Catch-Up Calculator
Heroes are among the longest upgrade paths in Clash of Clans. With six heroes — Barbarian King, Archer Queen, Grand Warden, Royal Champion, Minion Prince, and Dragon Duke — each requiring dozens of upgrades, seeing the remaining work by hero makes progression easier to plan.
The Hero Catch-Up Calculator compares the heroes returned for a player tag with the maximum levels available at that player’s Town Hall. It totals the remaining upgrade levels, raw upgrade time, Dark Elixir, and Elixir, then lets you expand each hero for an individual breakdown. It does not choose an attack strategy or model magic-item usage.
How to use Hero Catch-Up Calculator
- 1Import your village data using the village export JSON.
- 2The calculator reads your current hero levels automatically.
- 3Compare each hero's current level against the max for your Town Hall.
- 4Review the time-to-max estimate for each hero and the total remaining upgrade time.
- 5Use the per-hero gaps alongside your war and army needs to choose your next upgrade.
All six Home Village heroes are compared against Town Hall-specific caps with transparent time and resource totals.
Calculation methodology
Player-linked results use current public profile data returned through the official Clash of Clans API. Export and manual modes use the values supplied in the imported snapshot or calculator fields. Costs and level ceilings come from ClashVault’s structured entity and upgrade-data catalogs; the result is calculated from those inputs rather than generated from descriptive page text.
Results are planning estimates, and a newly released Supercell update may change a cost or cap before our catalog is reviewed. Confirm recently changed values in game and send us a correction if a displayed input no longer matches.
A calculated duration is not a guaranteed completion date. Unless a tool says otherwise, it does not simulate future builder or Laboratory availability, farming pace, storage constraints, magic items, temporary event boosts, downtime, or later balance changes. Use the result to compare options and prepare the next queue, then confirm the actual upgrade screen in game.
