What is ClashVault?
ClashVault is a Clash of Clans planning site with upgrade calculators, progress trackers, reviewed guides, base layouts, and player and clan lookups. Each surface is built to help players answer a specific planning question with visible sources and limitations where they matter.
Is ClashVault free?
Core player lookups, planning tools, Town Hall references, event planning, and reviewed guides are available without a paid subscription. The Layouts page shows published listing details, but access to a copyable private layout can depend on that layout's access tier.
Do I need an account?
No. Most features work without an account. Creating a free account unlocks extras like saving your village data, tracking upgrade progress over time, and personalizing your experience.
How do you get my player data?
We use the official Clash of Clans API provided by Supercell. This API only exposes publicly available game data — we never access your Supercell account credentials.
Is my data safe?
No online service can promise perfect security. ClashVault uses HTTPS, does not ask for your Supercell credentials, and separates public player-tag lookups from account and village-export data. Account deletion is currently handled through a private support request. Never share authentication codes or private tokens. How accurate are the planning tools?
Our tools compare imported levels with ClashVault's versioned level and economics catalogs. Results show coverage because a newly released or recently balanced level may not yet have a matching cost or timer row. Treat partial totals as estimates, confirm recent values in game, and report a mismatch through the Contact page.
What Town Hall levels do you support?
The reference dataset currently covers Home Village Town Halls through TH18 and Builder Hall data through BH10. Individual tools can cover different categories: a public player tag contains offensive profile data, while a village export can add buildings, traps, walls, and Builder Base entities. Each result labels its source and any unmapped items.
What is the difference between a player tag and a village export?
A player-tag lookup uses public data from the official Clash of Clans API, including heroes, equipment, troops, spells, siege machines, and pets. The public API does not provide a complete structure, trap, wall, or Builder Base inventory. A village export adds those categories from the exported snapshot, which is why Left to Max asks you to choose the input that matches your question.
What does economics coverage mean?
Economics coverage is the share of recognized remaining levels that also have matching cost and duration rows. A complete result covers every recognized level in that scope. A partial result is a lower-bound total for covered rows, not evidence that missing upgrades are free or instant. Coverage warnings are part of the answer and should not be ignored.
Where does ClashVault's game data come from?
Player profiles come from Supercell's official Clash of Clans API. ClashVault's structured level and upgrade catalogs are maintained from real exports, official update notes, in-game checks, and established community references. Town Hall reference pages display the dataset version, review date, methodology, and correction link used for that page.
Can a calculator tell me the exact date I will max my base?
No. Raw upgrade duration does not know your future builder and Laboratory availability, farming pace, storage constraints, magic-item use, event boosts, downtime, or future balance changes. Use totals to compare backlogs and plan queues, not as a guaranteed completion date.
How do I report incorrect level, cost, or timer data?
Use the Contact page and include the tool or page URL, entity name, current level, expected value, and a screenshot or in-game source when possible. A precise report is easier to verify and correct than a general message that a total looks wrong.
Can I submit base layouts?
Yes. Use Submit Layout on the Layouts page and sign in if prompted. A submission enters editorial review; submitting a layout does not guarantee publication or free access to every published private layout.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email clashvaultapp@gmail.com for private support, or use the Discord link on our Contact page for community discussion. Include the affected URL, steps to reproduce, expected behavior, and a screenshot with private tokens or credentials removed so the report can be investigated efficiently.
Is ClashVault affiliated with Supercell?
No. ClashVault is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Supercell. We comply with Supercell's Fan Content Policy.
