Hero Equipment Ore Calculator
Enter a player tag or choose Manual to see the Shiny, Glowy, and Starry Ore needed from current levels to each target. Use Single for one upgrade range.
Plan Equipment Upgrades and Ore Income
Hero Equipment uses three separate resources: Shiny Ore, Glowy Ore, and Starry Ore. Common and epic equipment have different level caps and cost curves, so a useful plan needs to preserve each ore total instead of combining them into one score.
Ore comes from several sources, including Star Bonuses, wars, CWL, events, the Trader, and newer systems such as the Prospector. Income varies by league, participation, and current game rules, so the monthly-income view exposes editable source values instead of presenting one universal farming timeline.
What the Ore Calculator Measures
Import a player tag or enter levels manually, then use the calculator to review:
- Cost to max: Sum the Shiny, Glowy, and Starry Ore still required for each equipment piece and hero.
- Current levels: Compare imported or manually entered levels with the supported maximum for each item.
- Monthly income: Adjust individual ore sources to model the income pattern that actually applies to your account.
- Single upgrade ranges: Calculate the cost between two common or epic equipment levels without importing a player.
How to Use the Result
The calculator reports costs and gaps; it does not decide which equipment is best for your army. Use the totals with your preferred attack strategy:
- Choose a concrete target: Compare the next useful breakpoint with the cost of taking an item all the way to its cap.
- Protect the scarce ore: Check Glowy and Starry requirements separately before spending them across several equipment pieces.
- Use your own income assumptions: Edit the gains view when your league, war frequency, event participation, or shop purchases differ from its starting values.
Calculation methodology
Player-linked results use current public profile data returned through the official Clash of Clans API. Export and manual modes use the values supplied in the imported snapshot or calculator fields. Costs and level ceilings come from ClashVault’s structured entity and upgrade-data catalogs; the result is calculated from those inputs rather than generated from descriptive page text.
Results are planning estimates, and a newly released Supercell update may change a cost or cap before our catalog is reviewed. Confirm recently changed values in game and send us a correction if a displayed input no longer matches.
A calculated duration is not a guaranteed completion date. Unless a tool says otherwise, it does not simulate future builder or Laboratory availability, farming pace, storage constraints, magic items, temporary event boosts, downtime, or later balance changes. Use the result to compare options and prepare the next queue, then confirm the actual upgrade screen in game.
