By accessing or using ClashVault ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Your continued use of ClashVault constitutes acceptance of any future modifications to these terms.

2. Service Description

ClashVault is a free, community-focused platform that provides tools for Clash of Clans players, including but not limited to:

• Player & clan lookups — view public profiles using the official Clash of Clans API
• Upgrade tracking — import and manage your village data to plan upgrades
• Builder & lab timers — track active upgrade countdowns in real time
• Community tools — calculators, planners, and analytics for game progress
• Rankings & discovery — browse trending players and clans

The Service relies on data provided by the official Clash of Clans API operated by Supercell Oy. Data accuracy is dependent on the availability and correctness of this third-party API.

3. User Accounts

Some features of ClashVault require creating an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. ClashVault reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Supercell Fan Content Policy

ClashVault operates in compliance with the Supercell Fan Content Policy. All Clash of Clans game assets, names, and trademarks are the property of Supercell Oy. Game data displayed on ClashVault is sourced from publicly available APIs provided by Supercell.

5. Intellectual Property

Supercell's property: Clash of Clans, all related game assets, character names, imagery, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Supercell Oy.

ClashVault's property: The ClashVault platform, including its design, code, features, and original content, is owned by ClashVault. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without prior written permission.

Your data: You retain ownership of any personal village data you import into ClashVault. By importing data, you grant ClashVault a limited license to store, process, and display that data as part of the Service.

6. User Data & Privacy

Your use of ClashVault is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service in a way that exceeds reasonable usage
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure or other users' experience
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful content

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ClashVault is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Game data displayed on ClashVault is sourced from third-party APIs and may not always be accurate, complete, or current. ClashVault is not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by Supercell's API.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClashVault and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Termination

ClashVault may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of ClashVault after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
