Pet House and two useful hero-pet pairings
L.A.S.S.I, Electro Owl, Mighty Yak, and Unicorn serve different hero routes. Concentrated levels on the pairings you actually deploy create value sooner than equal progress across every pet.

TH14 quick answer
At Town Hall 14, the Pet House maxes at level 4 and unlocks L.A.S.S.I, Electro Owl, Mighty Yak, and Unicorn. Their reviewed TH14 caps are 10, 10, 10, and 10, respectively. The Builder's Hut reaches level 4.

The objective at this level
Town Hall 14 introduces the Pet House and its first hero pets, while Builder Huts become active defensive buildings when upgraded. Pets change what each hero can accomplish, so progression now includes pairing decisions rather than a simple list of independent levels. Develop the pets that support your practiced army, keep core offense moving, and place upgraded Builder Huts where their repair and damage affect a real defensive exchange.

Pets amplify a functioning hero and army plan; they cannot replace missing hero levels, housing, research, spells, or reinforcements.
An upgraded Builder Hut contributes damage and repairs nearby buildings. Its position should support a planned defensive compartment without giving attackers an easy chain or spell target.

Hero Equipment rows show the tracked upgrade ceiling for each rarity at TH14; they are not an ownership or unlock list. Common equipment depends on Blacksmith progression, while Epic equipment and later reward-track items can use separate acquisition paths.
